Project Description & Statistics

Located at 2240 Campus Drive, the Frances Searle Building (FSB) is home to several departments including School of Communication, Communication Studies Department, Northwestern University Audiology Clinic, Auditory Neuroscience Laboratory and the Roslyn and Richard Pepper Department of Communication Sciences Disorders.  As part of a larger, re-organization of the School of Communication, a comprehensive renovation of FSB is planned to provide much needed office, teaching and research spaces and associated support spaces.  Scope of work involves programming and renovation of a half of the  first floor and a smaller area of the second floor including circulation/wayfinding and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, audio/visual and acoustical engineering.
